Regarding Keymoney:
To clarify, there is a stringent commitment to transparency in our dealings, and no undisclosed funds are involved. In instances where the standard rent is, for instance, 60,000Thb, the contract may stipulate 30,000Thb. The remaining half, another 30,000Thb, may be structured in one-time payments over a year or three years. While this arrangement may be less than ideal for high-rent scenarios, it is crucial to note that it does not constitute additional fees or covert transactions; rather, it is a standard component of the overall rent.
On the matter of sharing photographs or divulging the bar’s name,
several reasons underpin our policy:
We operate on a commission basis derived from the seller, with 80% of the clientele directly engaging with the bar without our involvement if we were to share names or photos.
Many of our clients prefer the discreet handling of their business sale to avoid unwarranted attention and potential disruptions to both themselves and their employees.
Even with the signing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), divulging such information often leads to unwarranted speculation during casual interactions.
